"The service was exceptional - the day front desk staff were great - the night front desk woman was the one of the most helpful staff people I've ever met - I'm only sorry I did not get their names so that I could tell you the people specifically. The restaurant was fabulous too - the food was fantastic the wait staff (tall man at night, chipper woman at breakfast) were diligent and great. The room accomodationswere fantastic. This was a serious trip for us and the hotel made everything "softer".
